We offer a standardized pay scale for most of the services that we offer. For anything not listed here, or for much larger scale projects, please contact us in order to receive a more accurate estimate of the time and cost required.

Web Sites

For most web sites there is a standard $195.00 setup fee. This fee includes the domain name registration or transfer, creating and configuring the site including the standard modules, options, and theme that you have selected to begin with, and is guaranteed to be completed within 48 hours of contract completion.

The standard hosting fee is $39.95 per month, and includes domain name maintenance fees and our entry level storage and transfer rates. Additional modules and web site options, including additional storage space for large documents may incur an additional monthly fee.

Please note that many of our clients opt to have us create the basic templates that they want for their site, which on average can run from 1 to 3 hours for a more basic site to 35-40 hours for a much larger site with an intricate design, on up for very complicated, larger scale web sites.

Custom Software Design

We offer desktop and server software design services for just about any system and any application. We have developed everything from GIS and mapping software, peer-to-peer networking systems, video processing servers, insurance agent portal systems, general utilities, to ship-to-shore catch tracking software for fishermen.

We still offer free initial consultation while scopes of work and product specifications are established. After that our standard rate for programming and design work is $125.00 per hour.

Consulting

We can setup or correct problems in your network or database systems, generally fairly quickly. We have experience with large and small scale networks, VPN solutions, and firewall systems. We can also analyze your database systems to find bottlenecks and increase your data's safety and your database's speed, or create or alter your database systems for you.

We can also setup and maintain state of the art, and low cost professional PBX systems to cover all of your needs, including POTS and VOIP lines. We have created PBX systems for everything from a three person office to a company with offices in several states, and dozens of people in each office. Our PBX systems can handle voicemail, faxes, integrate with your web systems to provide friendly monitoring and management solutions, and much, much more.
